MARISSA NOCERA

Marissa A. Nocera, PT, DPT

Mrs. Nocera is a 2002 graduate from Gannon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a NCAA swimming athlete. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005. She began her professional career as a floater in the North Pittsburgh region with Keystone Rehabilitation Systems and Eagle Physical Therapy. She continued her career as a Staff Therapist with Greater Pittsburgh Physical Therapy in Moon Twp., specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. In 2007, she joined a staffing agency as a traveling PT working in skilled nursing facilities, acute rehab, assisted living, and outpatient clinics around the city of Pittsburgh. In 2008, she started her own business as an independent contract PT working for various corporations in the outpatient setting. In March 2017, Mrs. Nocera, in partnership with MRS Physical Therapy, opened a new facility in McCandless Twp, PA called LNG Physical Therapy - a MRS Physical Therapy facility.

For the last 12 years, Mrs. Nocera has specialized in orthopedics with an emphasis on foot/ankle rehabilitation and sports medicine. She has been independently motivated in implementing many programs over her career ranging from a Geriatric wellness program for knee OA, data collection on patients with total knee replacements, differentiating between cervical radiculopathy and carpal tunnel syndrome, and incorporating stroke technique modifications for the rehabilitation of the swimming athlete.

Mrs. Nocera, originally from Belle Vernon, PA, currently resides in the Franklin Park area with her husband and 2 daughters.

Ryan Green

Ryan Green, PTA

Ryan is a 2018 graduate from Butler County Community College where he achieved his Associates in Applied Sciences for Physical Therapist Assistant. While attending BC3 Ryan frequently made the Dean's list and President's list for academic achievement. He currently has experience in a variety of clinical settings including acute care, long term rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient PT. Ryan has a physical fitness background and often leads tour groups on long hikes through Pennsylvania's scenic wilderness. Ryan has given multiple in-services and presentations, as well as attended in-services by other clinicians on relevant physical therapy interventions and modalities and is always happy to answer questions. He joined The LNG team in March of 2019 and has since floated between multiple MRS facilities.
